1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most new, unused items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags, instructions, and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Diapers and wipes

Feeding bottles and pacifiers

Breast pumps

Clearance or final sale items

Personalized or custom products

Gift cards
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item was part of a free shipping promotion, the cost of initial shipping may be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@hellobabynest.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or the incorrect item, and we will provide a solution promptly.
5. Return Shipping

For returns due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size/color ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For returns due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. How to Initiate a Return
